android - Sync SQLite with homemade Linux server -

i'm learning android , want know how can make app gets values sqlite in homemade linux server (with raspberry pi, want test, not publish app, , save values in device , if in device value changed has changed in server too.

it depends on ip configuration, since sql have connection ip adress, have on local network using local ip of linux server, otherwise, public connection must have static public ip server, can buying internet provider (not recommended) or instead can buy space in online server, can use phpmyadmin or sql administrator can edit via ftp , give ip or dns public connection.
