dart - Pub install failed, [1] Class '_File' has no instance method 'readAsStringSync' with matching arguments -

i did update dart m3 (20602) , have problem pubspec.yaml. when try install packages receive message error :

pub install failed, [1] class '_file' has no instance method 'readasstringsync' matching arguments.

any workaround appreciate, in advance.
