asp.net - Publish to Azure - 'Unrecognized link extension 'contentLibExtension' -

when go , right click projects , hit publish , follow steps following error

error: unrecognized link extension 'contentlibextension'.

i've tried mentioned here publish azure fails " unrecognized link extension 'contentlibextension'" error , still doesn't work.

anyone run this? i've been following tutorial

i have iss express , sql server express installed. not sure here.
