excel - Extract Top 5 Values for Each Group in a List Based on Specific Criteria without VBA -

i have developed formula extract top value list. update formula ability filter list identify top value if column q contains "y".

something can done pivot table few clicks. insert pivot table points data, drag label rows panel, drag value field values panel. filter pivot table show top ten or adjust show top x numbers.

now use slicer or page filter filter pivot table on other field.
