Why do maildirs need the `new` folder? -

i understand reason why tmp needed in maildir: makes possible not have half-written mails in cur. however, why new needed?

couldn't mails dropped cur folder directly name <uniq>: or so? mua wants add flags, initialize uniq part. make things (well, tiny) bit simpler code.

Delphi XE2 Indy10 udp client-server interchange using SendBuffer-ReceiveBuffer -
