matlab - How to open Digital surface model (DSM) image? -

i have digital surface model (dsm) image. tried open imread() image processing toolbox shows me white image. when open matrix of image found arrays have values dont show anything. can me?

dsm not format supported matlab. here list of formats: http://in.mathworks.com/help/matlab/import_export/supported-file-formats.html

you can try converting image supported matlab format using online converters or software irfanview, provided format change not alter image properties purpose.
